The Access Management System (AMS) enables you to control user access to costlier MFP functionality, like color printing and copying, on a person-by-person or group-by-group basis. Whenever a user authenticates on a device, available functionality is easily visible, while restricted functionality is grayed out.

You can limit user access to more costly operations, route jobs automatically to less expensive printers, proactively manage your fleet, and create detailed analytical reports to identify areas where you can reduce costs.
